Located 2 km from the medieval village of Massa Marittima and just a few minutes’ drive from the beautiful sea of the Gulf of Follonica facing the Tuscan Archipelago. The Estate consists of 6 estates for a total of 24 apartments and 7 double rooms, equipped with a SPA, 4 outdoor pools and an indoor pool, 2 restaurants, and a conference room for meetings and team building for up to 80 people.

His mastery will captivate you. His ability to blend haute cuisine with local dishes, selecting unique and authentic ingredients, will leave you with a unique memory of aromas and flavors! Born into a family of culinary tradition, he began working at a young age in the family restaurants, where he trained as a chef, mastering the secrets of tradition. His curiosity and passion led him to travel and explore diverse cuisines, acquiring different and innovative techniques and bringing back a wealth of experience that allowed him to shape his culinary vision. Between journeys, he returned to manage the family restaurants while attending various training stages, including one at the "Vissani" restaurant in Baschi (Orvieto). He teaches at Cordon Bleu, Florence; Coquis-Ateneo della Cucina Italiana, Rome; Gambero Rosso, Rome. Let yourself be guided, while sipping a good glass of wine, to discover his world and ours!
