Spring brides, you’re in luck. Wonderful flowers bloom in this season and you will be spoiled for choice. So many colours, shapes, scents… It’s impossible not to bring an enchanting bouquet to the altar in this period! To help and inspire you, in today’s post I show you my favorite flowers for a spring wedding.

1. PEONIES

They are one of brides’ favorite flowers and it’s not hard to see why! Romantic and refined, they are available in white, red and various pink shades. They only bloom in spring, so if they really can’t be missing from your bouquet, keep this in mind when choosing the date.

2. BUTTERCUPS

These lovely flowers always put me in a good mood. Infinite layers of very thin petals create beautiful corollas, available in a rainbow of colours.

They are perfect both used alone and in more complex arrangements with other flowers.

3. ANEMONES

There are many varieties but the one we know well is the coronaria anemone, with a navy blue centre. This gorgeous flower blooms from January to April and comes in many colors, from white to blue, through red and my favorite variant, pink.

5. GARDEN ROSES

If traditional roses seem a little obvious to you, you will like the garden variations. Elegant and romantic, with their full and slightly ruffled corollas they have nothing to envy of the beloved peonies!

6. LILLÀ

I love everything about lilacs, from their scent to their purple color. They are also found in white and pink. Gorgeous in combination with peonies!

6. ORCHIDS

So chic, elegant and exotic, orchids have stolen the hearts of many brides. They come in many colors and varieties; among the most used we find phalaenopsis and cymbidiums.

7.HYDRANGEAS

They come in white, pink, purple and green, as well as my favorite, the light blue ones! They are large flowers and therefore more convenient from an economic point of view.

8. TULIPS

Un fiore tipicamente primaverile, disponibile in tantissimi colori e in diverse varietà, con petali sfrangiati, variegati e striati. Eleganti e versatili, sono splendidi sia da soli che in combinazione con altri fiori.

9. POPPIES

If you love bright colors, you will love poppies! Although we almost always see them in red, there are also orange, yellow, white and pink variants. If you too have fallen in love with them, you must keep in mind that they are very delicate flowers and their season is short, the peak flowering period is in June.

10. DAFFODILS

This spring flower is available in yellow for the sunniest brides, in white for a delicate effect, but also orange or peach.
