Villa Senni

Villa Senni is located in a privileged position, on the slopes of the Castelli Romani, away from city traffic but only 10 minutes from the ring road. The historic residence was renovated in the very early post-war period at the behest of Mary Gayley Senni, inspired by the simple style of an ancient Roman farmhouse, combining fine details such as cross vaults, peperino and travertine frames and floors in Trani stone and parquet.

Spaces and capacity

The vast park that surrounds it is full of trees, plants of all kinds and flowers for most of the year. Among these numerous varieties of irises and precious roses, some of these can also be admired in the Municipal Rose Garden of Rome, created in 1935 precisely by the will of Mary Senni. The Chapel of S. Maria delle Vittorie, inside the park, is private and consecrated.

In fact, the itinerary starts right from the consecrated chapel, intimate and delightful, and then arrives at the entrance hamlet, a small square in which to welcome guests and let them taste appetizers in show cooking. Afterwards, you will have a vast terraced lawn at your disposal where you can offer appetizers, served dinner, dessert buffet and cake cutting.

The main and most particular space is characterized by two porches that open onto the large terrace overlooking Rome, an emotional, warm, romantic and also very functional environment, perfect for a dinner served with a romantic view of the Eternal City.

The internal gallery leads to the Sala delle Colonne, large and bright, perfect for a served lunch or dinner, and to the Sala Biblioteca, suitable for open bars, music and smaller events. The location is equipped with services, parking area and basic lighting of all outdoor spaces.

Restaurant

Villa Senni collaborates with an excellent catering company, Magnolia Eventi, which offers various menu solutions, according to the needs of taste, style and budget. It starts with a welcome with a rich aperitif and appetizer buffet with themed corners, seats and support tables for all guests, a lunch/dinner in the dining room or on the porch with three courses and a complete mise en place, a final buffet of sweets and fruit that will accompany the wedding cake, corner bar with coffee and bitters.
