The garden nestled in the south-eastern part of Sardinia, a few steps from nature reserves and one of the most beautiful seas in Italy, is surrounded by a garden that includes specimens of the typical vegetation of the island. An exotic glimpse that is reflected in the pool water, ideal for welcoming your guests and starting the banquet. The set up by the pool for buffets, aperitifs, cocktails and cake cutting will give you and your guests moments of great emotion.
The disco, Your special day must have a soundtrack: the one that marked the most beautiful moments and that you will remember forever. Monastero hotel has a space, similar to an amphitheater, with large “dolem”, where you can experience the most dynamic moments of your wedding day. The dance floor is circular and dug into the ground, not far from the corner bar inside a cave and the water games created by the pool’s waterfalls. You can decide whether to enjoy this little corner of paradise accompanied by a band that performs live or on the notes of a DJ set. Or alternate them: the choice is yours!

Between Cagliari and Villasimius, nestled amidst the green hills near the coast, lies Il Monastero, a structure dating back to the 1700s that will transport you back in time while providing modern comforts, thanks to careful and continuous renovation.
Spaces and Capacity
Il Monastero features several rooms:
- The dining room for weddings and receptions, named Sala Reale, is a space that accommodates 330 guests, characterized by stone walls and floors, a wooden ceiling, and large wrought iron chandeliers.
- The smaller room known as Sala della Corte can accommodate up to 170 guests.
- The Taverna del Principe is the bar area, ideal for parties, events, and receptions. The room is spread over two levels and reflects the ancient style of the entire complex. It seats 80 guests.
- Outdoors, in the vast Gardens of the Princess surrounding the large pool with a bottom resembling a real beach, you can host a romantic outdoor banquet during the warmer months, amidst a natural setting of great tranquility.
- The Amphitheater of the Knights features large “dolmens,” a circular track carved into the ground, a bar area inside a cave, as well as the royal hall. Upon request, the amphitheater hosts live music performances, themed evenings, and private parties.
