Appello internazionale per i matrimoni
-
Intimacy + Grandeur: While the lodging capacity is modest (∼20 guests), event/reception capacity is large (up to ~230), so ideal for weddings where many guests come just for the event but stay off-site or in partner hotels. This dual capacity appeals to international couples.
-
Accessibilità: Umbria is centrally located in Italy; for non-Italian guests flying in via major airports (Rome, Florence), transfer by road is possible. The villa’s position between well-known Umbrian towns enhances its appeal.
-
Authentic atmosphere: Historic architecture, period interiors, intact frescoes, villa gardens, views — all contribute to a romantic, authentic “Italian countryside villa” feeling. Great for photo shoots and wedding videos.
